DATE, TIME, LOCATION: The December Holiday Arts Market will take place on the four Sundays between 12/1-12/22/19 from 9am-3pm in the atrium at 7 Eagle Square, Concord, NH 03301.
APPLICATIONS: Application is not a guarantee of participation. Space is limited. First consideration will be given to regular participants of the Concord Arts Market and those with unique products. The jury reserves the right to update participating vendors at its discretion to keep the mix of goods both balanced and diverse.
BOOTH INFO: The booth fee for the December Holiday Arts Market is $45 per day, or $40 per day with two or more days paid in advance. Each booth space provides at least 8ft of table space. The venue has two levels. Shoppers do, in fact, browse both levels. It is an artisan venue, for artisan work. It's pretty, but it's quirky. Please be flexible. Each vendor is responsible for their own set-up, including tables and chairs.
PAYMENT: Booth reservation is official upon receipt of payment. Payment may be made via Paypal or check. Payment information will be made available at time of acceptance. The booth fee is non-refundable.
LOAD IN and LOAD OUT: Load in starts at 8am. Opening is at 9am. Closing is at 3pm. Everyone must be loaded out by 4pm. Please note that 7 Eagle Square is accessible via a short walk from the parking garage or street. A handcart is helpful for loading in and out!
