    Winter Giftopolis 2023 Vendor Information

    DATE, TIME, LOCATION: Winter Giftopolis is set for Friday December 1, 2023 from 5-11pm in the atrium at 7 Eagle Square, Concord, NH.

    APPLICATIONS: Applications from current Concord Arts Market artists are given first consideration. If any spots remain after September 15, other applications will be accepted at that time. Application is not a guarantee of participation. This is a popular event - first consideration will be given to current participants of the Concord Arts Market. However, the jury reserves the right to update participating vendors at its discretion to keep the mix of goods both balanced and diverse.

    BOOTH INFO: The booth fee for Giftopolis 2023 is $80. Each booth space provides approximately 8ft of table space. The venue has two levels. Shoppers do, in fact, browse both levels. It is an artisan venue, for artisan work. It's pretty, but it's quirky. Please be flexible. 

    PAYMENT: Booth reservation is official upon receipt of payment which is due 7 days from acceptance. We always have a wait list; if payment is not made in time, we will assume you are not coming this year. Payment may be made via Paypal or check. Payment information will be made available at time of acceptance. The booth fee is non-refundable.

    WAIT LIST: Because of the size of the venue, space is extremely limited. We are never able to accept all of the participants that we would like to accept. We do keep a wait list in the event that a space opens up.

    LOAD IN: Load in starts at 4pm. Opening is at 5pm. It is a very quick set-up timeline. With some flexibility from all, we have been able to make this work each year. No early load-ins are permitted.

    ​Please note: You may want to bring a couple of extra lights for your area; we do have some electrical access, if requested. Battery operated lights are always a good idea, just in case! ​

    We pride ourselves in the community spirit of the Concord Arts Market! We are always looking for vendors who are willing to be flexible and to help each other.
