CAPITAL CITY ART BAZAAR VENDOR INFO

DATE, TIME, LOCATION: The Capital City Art Bazaar (in the park) will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 10am-3pm in Rollins Park in Concord, NH.

APPLICATIONS: Application is not a guarantee of participation. Space is limited. First consideration will be given to regular participants of the Concord Arts Market and Concord Handmade, as well as those with unique products. The jury reserves the right to update participating vendors at its discretion to keep the mix of goods both balanced and diverse.

BOOTH INFO: The booth fee for the Capital City Art Bazaar (in the park) is $25. Each booth space provides a 10x10' tent space. Each vendor is responsible for their own set-up, including tent, weights, tables and chairs.

PAYMENT: Booth reservation is official upon receipt of payment. Payment may be made via PayPal or check. Payment information will be made available at time of acceptance. The booth fee is non-refundable.

LOAD IN and LOAD OUT: Load-in will start at 9am. Load-out must be completed by 4pm. Please note that you will not be able to drive up to your spot - a dolly is helpful!
